Daesang Spicy Cocktail Sauce also known as Chogochujang, is made from a combination of Gochujang (chilli pepper paste), vinegar and sesame seeds. This spicy all round Korean condiment has a uniquely sweet, sour and fiery blend.
Apart from its popular use as a dipping sauce in Korea, it can also be used as a marinade, in stir-fries, soups, steamed and braised dishes. Great on hamburgers, chicken wings and pizza too.
